Breakdown of charging costs
The charging costs consist of the depot operator's price and a service fee from Depotcharge, both of which are charged per kWh. You can see how these costs break down for a single charging session in its details.

5.Result
You see how the costs of a single charging session are calculated and can reconcile them directly with your invoice.
6.Note
The operator's price is its net revenue. The service fee of 2 ct per kWh, in Switzerland 0.04 CHF per kWh, is charged to the fleet on top and is therefore not deducted from the operator's revenue.
It corresponds exactly to the difference between Net energy costs and Net total costs. There are currently no discounts for committed volumes.
All prices are exclusive of VAT, with the tax rate and currency determined by the country of the site. Revenue is always stated net and does not include the service fee.
Regular charging sessions are automatically recorded as billable. With Reporting only, by contrast, a charging session is only reported and not billed, for example when a fleet charges at its own depot.
If no price is shown for a charging session, it is either still being processed or valid tariff data was missing at the time of charging. In the second case, please contact support.
