Process agreement requests
If a fleet requests access to your sites, you decide in the portal whether to accept or reject the request.
1.Prerequisites
You are logged in as an admin and have published an agreement offer with the acceptance mode Approve requests, because fleets only request access in this mode.
2.Step by step
- 1.First, open Agreements in the sidebar and switch to the Requested agreements tab, where you already see the number of open requests.
- 2.Check the list with fleet organisation, fleet, name of the agreement, tariffs, Requested on and status.
Open requests that you still have to decide on have the status Approval pending, and until then the fleet can still withdraw its request.
You recognise rejected requests by the status Rejected.
- 3.Then click the request to open a window with the sites, the tariff and the Planned use that the fleet has described.
- 4.Read the Planned use carefully, because it is the basis for your decision.
- 5.Finally, click Accept request or Reject request.
3.Result
If you accept the request, an active agreement is created immediately in the Active agreements tab, and the fleet can from then on charge at the sites of the agreement. If, on the other hand, you reject the request, the fleet can request again.
4.Note
Either party can terminate the agreement at any time, with the termination taking effect 7 days after notification. In addition, all prices are exclusive of VAT.
If you do not want to receive any further requests, restrict the visibility. To do this, open Sites, select the site and switch to the Site preview tab.
Click Edit there and select the option Only visible to fleets with an agreement under Visibility.
For planned sites and for offers for selected fleets, fleets can also express their interest, about which you likewise receive a notification and can then create a new agreement for that fleet.
