Overview of areas and roles
Depotcharge is divided into two areas. The area determines which features you see in the sidebar, while a person's role determines what they are allowed to do there.
Here you will find an overview of both.

2.Switch area
- 1.At the top of the sidebar, you will find the toggle with Depot operator and Fleet manager.
- 2.Click the area you want to switch to.
The active area is highlighted in green, so you can see where you are at any time.
3.Always visible
Regardless of which area you are currently working in, you will always find Organisation settings and Support at the bottom of the sidebar.
4.Roles
There are two roles in Depotcharge. An Admin can see and change everything, whereas a Member can see everything but cannot make any changes.
Depot operator and Fleet manager, by contrast, are not roles but the two areas of the sidebar.
5.Note
An organisation can use both areas, and all members see both as well. To find out exactly what each role is permitted to do, see Roles and permissions.
