Do I need an association membership to use Depotcharge?

No, Depotcharge can be used by all companies that sign up via the regular registration. You only need a membership if you want to charge via an association's community.

Members of ASTAG register via the registration link for ASTAG charge, members of BGL via the registration link for BGL Charge, entering their membership number, which we use to verify the company. It is the same platform, just with its own branding, and depot operators can offer members discounted conditions.

If your membership number is not accepted, write to us at support@depotcharge.com. This mainly happens with new members whose number is not yet on our records.
