When and how do I receive my payout?

Depotcharge pays your earnings out to your company once a month, and the amount depends on the quantity charged and your tariff. For the payout to work, enter the VAT ID number, IBAN and BIC in your company.

You always receive your money from Depotcharge and not from the fleets, because Depotcharge bears the risk of non-payment.
