Company: enter payout details

So that Depotcharge can pay out your earnings, you enter your bank details in the company.

1.Prerequisites

You have the Admin role, and your organisation has at least one company. To find out how to create a company, see Adjust the organisation structure.

Also have your VAT ID number, IBAN and BIC to hand so that you can enter everything in one go.

2.Step by step

    Click Organisation settings at the bottom of the sidebar and open the Companies tab.
  2. 2.
    In the company's row, click the pencil icon in the Actions column to open the Edit company form.
  3. 3.
    Under VAT ID number, enter your company's VAT identification number.
  4. 4.
    Then add your bank details, that is, IBAN and BIC.
  5. 5.
    Finally, click Save.

3.Result

The company now has all the details required for the payout.

4.Note

You do not need the payout details to get started, but you do need them for the payout of your earnings. The payout goes to the company, and its amount depends on the quantity charged and the tariff set.
