Delete an organisation or account

You cannot delete your organisation yourself, but support will be happy to do so at your request, for example after an accidental registration. Here is how to proceed.

    State the name of your organisation and let us know that you want the organisation to be deleted.

2.Result

Support then arranges for your organisation to be deleted.

3.Note

If you rebuild your organisation from scratch, the number plates and UIDs of your RFID cards initially remain blocked as already in use. To have them unblocked, contact support, either by email at support@depotcharge.com or via the chat under Support, so that the number plate or RFID card can be released again.
