Adjust the organisation structure
In this article, we show you how to create another company within your organisation or change an existing one in just a few minutes.
1.Prerequisites
You have the Admin role. The article Structure of an organisation explains how an organisation is structured in general.
2.Step by step
- 1.Open Organisation settings at the bottom of the sidebar and switch to the Companies tab.
- 2.Click Create company in the top right to open the Add company form.
- 3.Fill in the fields, paying particular attention to the Country, as you cannot change it later.
Finally, click Save.
3.Result
The new company appears in the Companies tab, and you can select it straight away when creating a fleet.
4.Note
You make all settings in Organisation settings yourself. Only a few cases are handled for you by support at support@depotcharge.com: deleting sites, deleting fleets or assigning them to another company, changing the company of a site, and changing a company's country.
