Can my company be both a fleet and a depot operator?

Yes, an organisation can use both areas, that is, charge with its own vehicles and offer its own sites at the same time. Use the toggle at the top of the sidebar to switch between Depot operator and Fleet manager, and all members of your organisation see both areas.
