Order an RFID card
You order the RFID cards your drivers use to start charging at the station simply via an online form.
1.Prerequisites
You have already created your fleet. Incidentally, new RFID cards are not strictly necessary, because you can also add and activate existing RFID cards from other providers in your fleet using their UID.
2.Step by step
- 1.First, open the order form that matches your RFID card.
- For ASTAG charge RFID cards, use the ASTAG form.
- For Depotcharge RFID cards, use the Depotcharge form.
- 2.Fill in the form, bearing in mind the minimum order quantity of 5.
- 3.Submit the form so that we can process your order.
As soon as the RFID cards are on their way, you receive a shipping confirmation by email.
3.Result
Depotcharge sends the RFID cards to your address, where they usually arrive after about a week. If you need more RFID cards later, simply order them with the same form.
4.Note
The RFID cards are currently free of charge. To add an RFID card on the platform, you need its UID, the unique identifier of the RFID card.
As an ASTAG charge customer, you receive an Excel list with all UIDs by email with your order, while with Depotcharge the UID is printed on the back of each RFID card sent to you.
