Multiple RFID cards per driver

You can assign several RFID cards per vehicle.

1.Prerequisites

You have added at least one RFID card in your fleet.

2.Step by step

    First, assign each RFID card to a vehicle. You can, however, also add several RFID cards per vehicle.
  2. 2.
    Then instruct your drivers to use only the RFID cards that are assigned to the vehicle in question.
  3. 3.
    If you suspect that a driver has taken the wrong RFID card, write to support@depotcharge.com.

    So that we can find the session quickly, give us the date, time, site and the card number or UID.

3.Result

Support checks in the logs which UID, that is, the technical number of the RFID card, was used to start the charging session.
