View opening hours and availability

You find a site's opening hours, charging points and other details directly on the map, and a click on the pin is all it takes. This lets you plan your charging stops before your drivers set off.

1.Step by step

    First, switch to Fleet manager in the top left and open Map in the sidebar.
  2. 2.
    Then search for the site you want in the Search by town or street field or directly on the map.
  3. 3.
    As soon as you click the site's pin, a window with the site details opens at the right edge of the screen.
  4. 4.
    There you find the opening hours, the description, the facilities and the images of the site.

    For the charging points, you also see their status and can thus tell which charging points are free and which are occupied.

2.Result

You know the site's opening hours and whether charging points are free, so you can plan your charging stops reliably.

3.Note

You see this information even without an agreement, because the depot operator maintains it for every site.

You usually only see an access code once you have an agreement; drivers often also collect the code directly from the gatekeeper. If the depot operator has entered a support contact for the site, you also find it in the window with the site details.
