Site map in the Driver Web App
In the Driver Web App, your drivers can see on a map which sites they can charge at and navigate directly from there to the appropriate site.
1.Prerequisites
The driver has logged in to the Driver Web App, and an active RFID card is assigned to the vehicle.
2.What the map shows
The map shows the driver only those sites with which your fleet has an active agreement. The driver can therefore charge at these sites.
3.What drivers can do on the map
On the map, your drivers can do the following:
- Navigate to a site where they want to charge.
- Use the info icon to open the Legend, which shows how busy a site currently is.
- Use the Only sites without uncoupling toggle to narrow the map to sites where uncoupling is not required.
- Use the filter icon to narrow down the map by Charging layouts, Power and Operator.
- View opening hours and site details.
- If needed, use the headphones icon to reach support, either with Call customer service or with Chat with support.
