Site map in the Hub and the driver app

On the map, you see all charging sites on the platform together with your agreement status for each site, so you can find a suitable site in a few seconds.

1.Step by step

  1. 1.
First, select Fleet manager in the top left and open Map in the sidebar, where the sites are shown as pins.
  2. 2.
Then select your fleet from the drop-down list in the top left so that the map shows the agreement status for exactly this fleet.
  3. 3.
Use + and − in the bottom left to zoom in and out of the map.

Above them are further unlabelled buttons, the topmost of which opens the search corridors.

A search corridor shows all users the area in which a fleet is looking for a charging site, and so alerts depot operators to your demand.

The second button switches to the satellite view, the third shows the map in full screen and the fourth centres the map on your location.

  4. 4.
To search specifically, enter a town or street in the Search by town or street field.
  5. 5.
If you want to narrow the selection down further, click the filter icon to the right of the search field.
  6. 6.
Then click a pin to open a window with the site details, such as opening hours, facilities and images, at the right edge of the screen.

You first see the Details tab, and right next to it you find the Charging points tab.

  7. 7.
Finally, click the info icon in the bottom left, because the Legend explains the colours of the pins.
    • Grey stands for No agreement yet.
    • Light green stands for Agreement offer available.
    • Dark green stands for Active agreement.

2.Result

You see at a glance at which sites you are permitted to charge, where an offer is available and where there is no agreement yet.

3.Note on the Driver Web App

Your drivers do not need their own account, because they use the Driver Web App directly on their phone. You find the access in the Hub under Fleet manager > Fleets when you open your fleet there.

On the right-hand side of each vehicle there is an app login link, which you simply pass on to the driver, or the corresponding QR code.

In the Driver Web App, the driver sees the map with the available sites and those already agreed. From there, they can navigate to the site and charge there directly, filter for sites without uncoupling, view opening hours and details, and contact support if needed.
