What does “New charging request” mean, and what do I need to do?

A new charging request means that a fleet is requesting an agreement with your site and you now decide on it. You receive an email about it, and the request also appears in the portal; a charging request is the same as an agreement request.

Such requests arise with offers in the acceptance mode Approve requests. To decide, open the Requested agreements tab under Agreements, check the Planned use and then click Accept request or Reject request.

After acceptance, the agreement is active immediately. You cannot give a reason for a rejection, but the fleet can request again afterwards.

If a fleet has chosen Express interest, you also receive a notification and can then add the fleet to your agreement and approve it. There is currently no fixed deadline for your decision.
