What happens if my charging station is offline?

If your station is offline, it has no connection to Depotcharge, and the cause usually lies with the SIM card, router or load management. Charging sessions that take place during the outage are synchronised afterwards as soon as the station is back online, so you are still paid for every kWh.

You can read how to check the connection in the linked article.
