How do I change my tariff?

How you change your tariff depends on its status, because a tariff remains a Draft as long as no agreement uses it, and becomes Active as soon as an agreement uses it.

You can change or delete a draft or an inactive tariff at any time. To do this, open Tariffs in the sidebar and click the pencil icon in the tariff's row.

In the Edit tariff window, then adjust Name, Country and Net energy price per kWh, that is, your price without the Depotcharge service fee, and click Save.

An active tariff, by contrast, cannot be edited, and existing agreements also keep their tariff. So you implement a new price with a new agreement that uses a new tariff.

Alternatively, withdraw or delete the existing agreement so that you can change the tariff afterwards.
