How can I see who has accepted or terminated an agreement?

Our support team is happy to check for you on request who accepted or terminated an agreement and when, even if an agreement was terminated shortly after acceptance. Write to us at support@depotcharge.com or use the chat under Support, and we usually get back to you within a few minutes, in exceptional cases within a few hours.

In the Hub itself, under Agreements in the Active agreements tab, you see the fleet organisation, the start date, the end date and the status. If a fleet terminates, the termination takes effect 7 days after notification.
