When is my site visible to and usable by drivers?
Drivers see your site on the map as soon as you have created it and set its visibility, and they can use it as soon as both sides have accepted an agreement offer between your site and their fleet.
To do this, first create the site and add images, opening hours and further details so that fleets can get a good picture. Then set the status to In operation or In planning; with In planning, fleets can already express their interest.
A site in draft, by contrast, appears to fleets as a grey pin.
You set the visibility under Depot operator > Sites > select site > Site preview > Edit.
- Visible to all fleets on Depotcharge shows the site to all fleets on the map as a green pin (if an agreement offer is available) or as a grey pin (no agreement offer available), so that they can accept the offer or express interest, depending on the agreement.
- Only visible to fleets with an agreement shows the site only to fleets with which you already have an agreement.
A review of your site by support is not necessary, because you can set it up technically yourself and link it to your backend. If you wish, however, support is happy to do this together with you, and the technical integration usually takes two weeks or less.
You can see whether a charging point is connected to Depotcharge under Sites in the Charging points tab in the Connection status column. You do not need your payout details to get started, but you do need them for the payout of your earnings.
